Use:
Lifeguard® MASTER is a garment designed to protect workers from dangerous substances and products or processes through which they may become infected. These molds are used - depending on the toxicity of the chemical agents and their exposure conditions - for protection in the case of light splashes (TYPE 4), in case of solid particles (TYPE 5) and when a barrier to penetration of liquids is not required (TYPE 6). The full-body form protects the user's body apart from the hands, feet and face. The antistatic property that characterizes this form has been certified by UNI EN 1149-5 / 08, prevents the accumulation of electrostatic charges on the surface causing discharges to potentially explosive and flammable atmospheres. The requirements may be insufficient in a flammable atmosphere that is enriched with oxygen. Lifeguard® MASTER is also tested to protect workers from biological hazards in accordance with UNI EN 14126: 2004 and radioactive particles according to UNI EN 1073-2.

Usage restrictions:

The Lifeguard® MASTER full-body mold does not protect against molecular penetration of liquid and high-risk aerosol chemicals for which a higher level of protection is necessary. Contact with liquid spray and splashing hazardous substances requires superior mechanical resistance and greater protective properties.

The user is the only one who can judge whether the full-body and auxiliary equipment (gloves, boots, respiratory protection, etc.) match it and decide how long to wear it by doing a specific job, taking taking into account protective capabilities, comfort and heat.
Rays srl is not responsible if the Lifeguard® MASTER full-body forms are used inappropriately. These forms are designed to protect the user's body, shoulders and legs by preventing electrostatic charges from coming into contact with the skin. The user must be in direct contact with the ground or via conductive shoes and floors.
The choice of the form must be in accordance with the specific needs of the workplace, the type of risk and the associated environmental conditions. The responsibility for identifying and choosing the appropriate full-form form (PPE) lies with the employer. It is recommended, BEFORE USE, to check the suitability of the attributes of the whole form with regard to the specific needs. Do not wear after use.

Protection Limitations:
The Lifeguard® MASTER universal form does not protect against heat, fire, entanglement, and all those for which it is not certified. It is not suitable for uses not mentioned in this user manual. Preparing for use: Do not wear the full form if it has defects. Please contact the manufacturer for replacement.

Storage: The Lifeguard® MASTER full-length form is stored with standard storage techniques.

Do not wash it. Washing can destroy the protective capabilities of the form. Do not dry it out. Do not iron it. Flammable material. Do not approach flames or hot spots
Rejection:
It can be incinerated or buried in landfills, without any risk to the environment. Any limitations will depend solely on the type of infection to which the form has been submitted.
