Protective coverall in special non woven laminated material Tyvek style, no particle release with antistatic treatment, hood with elastic border, adhesive strip zip cover on the front, elastic band at wrists, ankles and back. Good transpirability. Silicon free. It allows a good wearability and comfort by guaranteeing normal movements and being physiologically harmless. High resistance to lenghtwise and transversal tensile strength, to puncture and abrasion. Manufacturing fabric: special non woven laminated material. White colour.

Common use: Lifeguard® Plus coverall is a garment studied to protect workers from dangerous substances and products or processes sensitive to human contamination. These coveralls are used – depending on toxicity of chemical agents and exposure conditions – for protection in case of light splashes, liquid or low pressure aerosol (TYPE 6), in case of solid particles (TYPE 5) and when a complete barrier to liquids permeation is not requested.

The coverall protects the user’s body except for hands, feet and face. The antistatic treatment which characterizes the garment, verified through UNI EN 1149-5/08 regulation, prevents electrostatic charges from storing up on the surface and generating primer discharge in potentially explosive and inflammable atmospheres
The requirements can be insufficient in inflammable atmosphere enriched with oxygen. Lifeguard® Plus coverall has been furthermore tested to protect workers from biological risk according to UNI EN 14126:2004 and from radioactive particles as per UNI EN 1073-2.

Use limitations: Lifeguard® Plus coverall doesn’t protect against liquid permeation at molecolar level and high risk chemical substances aerosol for which a higher protection level might be required.
The contact intended with liquid spray and dangerous substances splashes can require a superior mechanical resistance and major protection proprieties.
The user is the only one able to judge if coveralls and auxiliary equipments (gloves, boots, protection to respiratory tract, etc.) can match and decide how long wearing whilst doing a defined job, by taking into consideration LIFEGUARD® PLUS protection skills, comfort and heat exposure.
Rays srl doesn’t take in charge any responsibilities if coverall LIFEGUARD® PLUS is used in inappropriate ways.
The garments have been designed so that to protect body, arms and legs of user and in order to allow electrostatic charges dissipation through contact with skin.
The user has anyway to be connected to the ground directly or through conductive shoes and floors. The coverall choice has to be made based on specific needs of working place, risk type and related environmental conditions.

Identification and choice of appropriate coverall (PPE) responsability is on charge of Employer. It is then advisable, BEFORE USE, checking the suitability of this coverall’s model characteristics to own needs. Do not wear after usage.
Protection limitations: LIFEGUARD® PLUS coverall doesn’t protect from heat risks, fire, entanglement and all that for which it is not certified. It is not suitable for all uses not mentioned in the user’s sheet.
Preparation to use: Do not wear coverall if it shows defects. Please contact manufacturer for substitution.
Storage : LIFEGUARD® PLUS coverall can be stored according to normal techniques of storage.
Maintainance: Please do not wash. Washing can damage protection skills. Please do not dry with dryers. Do not wash dry. Do not iron. Inflammable material. Do not get close to flames or intense heat bottoms.
Elimination: It can be burned or buried in controlled rubbish dumps, without any risks for environment. Eventual limitations depend entirely on contamination type to which coverall has been subjected.
Allergic substances: Presence of eventual allergic substances is not known to manufacturer. Please bring to attention cases of hyper-sensitivity or allergic reaction eventually noticed.
